Contributor Agreement
Effective Since July 15, 2025.
This Contributor Agreement governs the terms under which contributors submit content to HerWiki.org.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Agreement applies to all content submitted voluntarily by contributors, including but not limited to articles, media, and factual documentation. By submitting content, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Rights Granted
You grant HerWiki a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content in all formats and media. This license includes the right to archive or syndicate content across platforms.
3. Representations and Warranties
You represent that:
- You are the original author of the submitted content
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights
- The content is free of libel, hate speech, and malicious intent
4. Editorial Discretion
HerWiki retains full editorial control. We may:
- Edit content for clarity, style, or accuracy
- Decline publication without explanation
- Remove previously published material
5. Attribution and Compensation
Contributors will be credited by name or chosen pseudonym, unless anonymity is requested. No monetary compensation is provided unless agreed upon separately in writing.
6. Termination and Revocation
HerWiki may revoke this Agreement at any time. You may also request removal of your content by contacting ceo@herwiki.org, though we are not obligated to comply if the content has been significantly modified or archived.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State] and resolved in the courts within that jurisdiction.
