1. Use of the Site
HerWiki.org is an educational and informational platform dedicated to documenting underrepresented historical women. The content is freely accessible. Users may browse, read, and share articles in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the site for any unlawful or harmful purposes, including but not limited to spamming, unauthorized access to other systems, or disseminating malware.
Use of this site is granted solely for personal and non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site without express written permission from HerWiki.
2. User Contributions
HerWiki.org allows contributions in designated areas. By submitting content, you grant HerWiki a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content. You waive any moral rights in the content you submit.
You affirm that your submissions are your original work and do not violate any intellectual property rights. HerWiki.org operates without a paywall. Revenue is generated via voluntary donations and direct ad placements (thoroughly vetted businesses owned by women only). We do not sell subscriptions or charge for access. Ads are displayed in accordance with internal guidelines to ensure relevance and respect for user experience.

HerWiki makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the information on the site.
